As a unique food and wine destination, we have focused on offering the best of New York State agricultural products. We select ingredients from local greenmarkets and directly from Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountain farmers. Everything is made to order, with a special emphasis on allowing the fresh tastes to shine. Current selections from the menu include locally smoked Catskill Rainbow Trout with a honey-mustard remoulade, Hudson Valley Lamb Sausage, and Cider Glazed Breast of Long Island Duckling with New York State Macintosh apple chutney.
